My Story

I am a Public Affairs and Mass Communications Specialist in the Army National Guard with experience in writing, photography, videography and strategic communication. My work focuses on telling the story of the Army and the people who serve, both at home and in operational environments, with accuracy, clarity and respect.

In my role, I produce multimedia content that informs the public, supports transparency and builds trust between the military and the communities it serves. This includes writing feature articles, capturing still and action photography, producing narrative video and documenting missions ranging from community engagement to national level operations. I work within real world constraints where ethics, accuracy and timeliness matter.

I approach storytelling with the belief that strong communication is about people first. Whether covering training, missions or personal stories of service, my goal is to present information in a way that is accessible, honest and meaningful. I balance strategic messaging with human centered storytelling to ensure the work serves both the organization and the audience.
